Get excited. This week features a bunch of the area’s premiere local talent playing at home. Thievery Corporation will play a three-night stand at 9:30 Club and Saturday’s Trillectro Music Festival will host Wale, Nadastrom, Tittsworth, RDGLDGRN, Phil Ade, Misun, Shy Glizzy and tons of other national hip-hop/electonic artists.

Lollapalooza 2013 Lineup Announced
The official lineup has been announced for Perry Ferrell’s annual mega-festival.
Highlights include: The Cure, Mumford & Sons, the Killers, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, the Postal Service, Vampire Weekend, New Order, Queens of the Stone Age, the National, the Lumineers, Kendrick Lamar, Eric Church, Knife Party, Steve Aoki, Thievery Corporation, Major Lazer, Hot Chip, Local Natives, Two Door Cinema Club, 2 Chainz, Tegan and Sara, Lana Del Rey, Alt-J and many more.
Lollapalooza is set to engulf Chicago’s Grant Park August 2-4.
Governor’s Ball Has a Lineup
And boy, is it a doozy! Kanye West, the recently re-united Kings of Leon and a super-secret mystery guest will headline the festival June 7-9 at Randall’s Island, NYC. Hit the link for a full lineup.
